Billy is an award-winning journalist, a development communication practitioner and an aspiring researcher.

He has a special interest in the Extractive industries (Oil, Gas and Mining), with new interests in environmental change & justice, agriculture and public policy.

Billy is skilled in feature writing, copy editing and communication strategy design and is knowledgable in media production, international development practices.

He worked as a writer/reporter for the New Vision, Uganda's leading English language newspaper, for six years. Billy is now pursuing new interests in the development communication field.
